You have to determine if you are a Trader or an Investor.

They are completely different strategies.

A good trader would have already taken profits by now, and waiting for momentum to pick up to buy back in.

A good investor would be buying the dips if they can, or holding, or waiting for momentum to buy.

For ATRN, it is a good investment, because the DD on this company and the potential here is too great to be doing something like panic selling on this dip.
