Dear FTN... we are VERY sorry that you've been frustrated lately. We understand completely. But we have really great news that we'd like to share with you. We are currently writing our 8K. We've paid off all of our debt. Yep. All of it. In fact, we even threw in some extra as a "tip". That's just how we roll.

Additionally, we would like to tell you, personally and before anyone else knows, that we are merging! Yep. That's right. And... can you guess who is the lucky suitor? Google! I forget, but it's going to be like $30 per share or something. Hope you loaded the boat.

Furthermore... do you know why Google is merging with us? Well... don't tell anyone... but we have developed this proprietary ad technology for mobile phones -- it is patented and everything! It's super stuff. Well, you know that Google has a big thing with mobile technology in the works (you did know that, right???). Well, there you go.
