They don't have specialized "ad technology" - they have an advertising plan. Their plan might be different, but the technology is not. I don't need negative proof - the "negative proof" is the fact that it doesn't require special technology to insert ads with IPTV. It is one of the most basic functions of IPTV.
The other IPTV providers do the same thing, just with a different business model. If Tivus ends up being successful with this model, the others will follow suit (if they aren't already planning to).
The technology that Tivus has is nothing special or unique. Hate to burst your bubble.
