For training, qualification, practice and duty use of the armed personnel in some 27 different Fedeal agencies, over a five year period.

I thought that was a crazy amount, too, but the slowed down, checked a few things out, and I now believe that is just "business as usual".

I certainly believe we have more important things than this order, to be worried about.
