Some, all or none of it may come true. Just look at the company track record and that should be enough reason for caution.

I would assume that this statement means that in the past they have had a bad track record of not delivering on forecasts of future events. I am certain this happened under the previous management.

I have been here a year and haven't been given any reason for caution from their track record over that period.
BTW PPS looks pretty good to me,my first purchases and a major amount of my shares were bought at .05-.06. The company has come along way since then.
