The problem is...

"The problem is the rocks are only valuable if you have the money to extract them."... is untrue.

Not only is it untrue... it is flagrantly untrue.

Mineral properties are things that have value... like any other things that have value. Things simply DO have an intrinsic value given the utility and potential that they do in fact possess... and the fact that there will be an associated cost of doing business in the future to extract greater utility and value... doesn't alter the intrinsic value of a capital asset you own right now...

If you're selling a used car... it isn't worth a whit less than it is worth... just because it will have some expenses associated with operating it in the future... which it WILL have, in order to make its intrinsic utility matter in generating something MORE than that intrinsic value... which results from operating it...

The "investment" required in gas to make your car go... doesn't alter the value of your car if you're to cheap to pay for the gas... or unable to pay for the gas.

That you might want to posture in a negotiation that the car is worth less than the seller is offering it for... because you'll have to have some money left over to be able to pay for the gas to make it useful... to you ? LOL!!! That's NOT the sellers problem...

It will require substantial investment to bring any exploration project along from "a discovery" to "a producing mine"...

The fact that a large investment will be required to make that happen... which is true of every property not being mined already... does absolutely nothing to alter the intrinsic value of "a discovery"... much less "a world class discovery".

Present value is NEVER dependent on the "chicken or the egg" argument that you're posturing... claiming that no egg has any value at all until after there is a fully grown chicken capable of producing more eggs...

In fact... when you hold the ONLY ACTUALLY VIABLE EGG THERE IS ??
