Well, Jim if they delay until the rainy season comes and everyone is still in the dark the stock is toast and just about everyone becomes a bagholder or dumps and then you are left with a Reverse Split because the share count will be even worse than it is now. They cannot afford to delay unless they just don't care and have a RS in the plans and will restart the game next year, but they sure will make a lot of enemies.
