It is the opinion of the company that a market maker has created this large
activity in the marketplace and is currently covering their position.
We have hired a legal firm in New York to investigate and recommend best
actions.

All details of company structure has remained the same and we are doing
business as usual.
We will release q4 with filing once we have received our legal opinion. We
hope this will be in the next 30 days but uncertain as of this date.

There is not any further debt to convert.
