To be honest Surguy i dont think he could sell the liscensing rights to AQUAPRIN just with patent "pending" status.Just a half educated guess.
Probably he could sell the idea but would need to have it validated by a 3rd party as to the claims before i think it would garner the attention from money standpoint. To date AQUAPRIN claims only are from within company.

Not sure where as well that leaves investors if another company purchases right. Your right ,options needs to be explored before death.
