My non-scientific minded fear of Bavi for second line lung trials is the short life expectancy of the patient. These patients are so sick that they do not have long to live. It has been shown in the Dtra and Hep C trials that bavi is a slow acting drug so could it be that bavi will not have enough time to do any good in second line lung patients.

Please tell me why I am wrong. Again, science is not my thing. I am more of a logic guy so set me straight.
