Virginia is NOT a state, it is a COMMONWEALTH with a magistrate (read kangaroo) court system that does NOT work with the DA or police.

any idiot, Wallace et al, for example can go cry crocodile tears to one of these Magistrates (that conveniently report only the the VA supreme court) and get warrants issued for out of staters for no reason other than trying to dirty someone they are obsessed with.

Spencer has nothin' to worry about- grand or so will send the nincompoop out the door that cried so pitiful to the Magistrate that he had been soooo wounded but had no proof other than his crocodile tears...
