These are the facts, excuses excuses tools of incompetence
Some would lead you to believe that HLNT will prevail over NIR by posting personal interpretations of the Law, then starts the chain effect of those who will believe anything just to justify their investment. Perhaps this particular debate should remain between two, and one will prevail, no doubt!
But for now, let's connect the dots over the last 2 years with current management, shall we? - This stock tanked as SSEV, then it was PR's they would get a Grant from Arkansas for a Police Fleet Deal (This started the interest)...... But BUSTED......Even their home state wouldn't touch em' - Then comes the Dong Feng (3) Tier JV, Now the Kool Ade is really flowing, again a BUST, but that mis-leading PR sent the stock price soaring from .002 to .0186, and still to this day not one thing has come true yet......who's riding that HOSS they paid for? - CAT and John Deere Certifications, again a BUST, but note no one wants to discuss these either - The ANYTHING TRUCKER / RV & the creative accounting / bogus contracts, all to a common PO Box, well yes that was a BUST too, again no one wants to discuss this - Then we get the Greensburg Kansas fiasco, touted as being a major sale, was actually indeed just charity work as covered by the local Greensburg Press, and exactly how many Wildcats did ya think a town of 777 residents with a median income of $28K would buy, betcha it's close to ZERO - Now we got EPA Certification, LOL - And how about those promised Fleet Deals, Try a few Distributers making deals each year, but hardly enough to prevent DILUTION to keep the lights on - And of course HLNT has the never ending Lawsuits to battle with, of which they haven't won a single one, but were able to negotiate settlements at the expense of the Share Holders thru further DILUTION - Now we have NIR, the $10 Million Dollar Monster that could end everything, guess I'd be a scared Share Holder too, because contrary to any half baked posts on these MB's, HLNT is way over their head in this one
Now if there was a Silver Lining, it would be CASA, he is doing great work on the Marine Side, and regardless what goes down with HLNT, CASA can make a business with the 100's of other HHO providers out there. Only question we have about CASA, is exactly how many units have you installed, and out of the 2.7 Billion shares, is there any profit and how does that profit benefit SH's? Cause No One is seeing any Profit, just DILUTION, and stuck with a PPS that can't sustain anything more than .002!
Speaking of Truth, HLNT = DILUTION, and no one can deny that. Those bogus posts how HLNT retired shares that were touted so many times, just led to 5X as many new ones being DILUTED.
Don't think DILUTION is going away, HLNT has to keep the "Lights On" while they delay the NIR outcome.
This post is definitely on TOPIC, and has everything to do with what HLNT has done over the past two years. All readers have the right to understand the truth, both past & present, before investing IMHO
