"NEW DEVELOPMENTS
1) BlueLinx (Georgia Pacific) has requested an increase of product delivery
from 4 trailer loads per month to 8 trailer loads per month. Jim Brown National Products Manager for
BlueLinx met with Jim Turek President & CEO of Plasticon last week. At this meeting Mr.
Brown formally increased BlueLinx orders for rebar support products to twice the original contract
amount.
2) Plasticon has signed a letter of intent to acquire Semco Manufacturing
www.semcomfg.com/. Georgia Pacific has expressed a very strong interest in distributing this product.
3) R&S Manufacturing, one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of posttension
construction cable in the U.S.has placed a half million dollar order for
rebar supports from Plasticon.
R&S has agreed to supply Plasticon's rebar support products to its customer base. R&S, has also
expressed a very strong interest in distributing Semco's products.
4) Plasticon will sign a letter of intent to acquire US Plastic Lumber

This transaction has been agreed upon in principal, a letter of intent will be signed this month.
5) Georgia Pacific has requested Plasticon begin supplying GP with plastic
lumber."
