MDFI- DD info

The recent news brought a new name into the game. Peter Baronoff is CEO of Promise Healthcare Inc., which has the ability to offer MDFI services to 2,900 hospital employees, after a 90 day trial...(smoke and mirrors imo)... The interesting part is Baronoffs other company(s), Sun Capital Inc., "a specialized funding source for the healthcare industry". They apparently specialize in restructuring start ups and troubled businesses in the healthcare industry. These boys heve been caught with their hands in the cookie jar more than once, I think they're gonna play ball for at least a nice spike.
