Hey vinc, i would say if that is the case its been one long drawn out hell of a manipulation.
We have to ask ourselves, are the false and fraud commiting PRs issued a part of the manipulation as that would imply THE CEO is the kingpin behind it? Is his total silence to all investors for 8 MONTHS of the 12 month existance a part of a scheme of manipulation? PPs has went from .06 to .0006 in 12 months with no reasoning other than MGT inability to be transparent and disclose to all investors the state of the Company through UPDATES. No accountabilty as to where money has went and where we are as to PHASE 1.

IMO i aggree with EboJr. Doesnt have to be a PR about anything but saying. CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULED TO UPDATE INVESTORS. Not fluff, cant be made up, doesnt have to BIG NEWS while stock hits all time lows. Thats the way manipulation ,if happening all this time can be countered.
At certain points, i wholeheartedly aggree with you, but its not the reason of demize.

New investors will not come to PHAR in the amts needed . Too many red flags that are never addressed.

What is heard is done through emails sent to select few and posted on board. As a CEO of a public Company very unproffessional and close to fraud against all shareholders.

If noticed these emails are HowardPhykitt@AOL domain....They have their own @pharmstar.net WHY?? Anyone could use AOL address. Very concerning
