Has anyone been able to call the company to see if they had a comment of the restricted trading status of the stock?

Before anyone screams at me to call myself I am out of country and my schedule makes this very difficult, so I am only asking if anyone did, not asking for someone to do it.

The e-cmmerce site not being up yet is nagging at me.
