Here's my problem. Shiva not only tells shareholders who talk to him directly he is not longer diluting, but does a radio interview where he states he is no longer diluting. He also claims an O/S lower the commonly known O/S and claims the TA is not gagged so it can be verified. The very day after the radio interview aggressive dilution begins, resulting in a 2 day dump so severe trading houses such as Scottrade suspend trading due to irregularities.
If Shiva is such a bold faced liar about dilution, what else is he lying about? I like the technology and the potential. This may not mean a thing to shareholders like myself if we are reverse split and diluted into oblivion.
And yes, I consider what he has done here to be a criminal act. Providing known materially false information to shareholders is illegal. It is like selling a house with a known mold problem, yet specifically lying to the buyer claiming it was tested mold free.
