Will LeClerc file everything on time today or be late & slow as a Terrapin. 2nd qtr 10Q is due 45 days after the end of the qtr. That would have been 3/16/12; so seeing that was not filed on time then the NT10Q has to be filed 1 day after the original due date. Since that would be 3/17/12 & hence that day was a Saturday LeClerc afforded himself 1 extra day, meaning it is due today by 6pm est. NT 10-Q Due on the business day after the 10-Q due date.

Terrapin or now just road kill if not filed on time & fbcd loses current status yet again. As the much promised, hyped & illusive 14C of any type are already overdue.
