Sure the chill has effected this, every pump PR has resulted in down days because the amount of those able to buy cannot overcome the volume of dilution. The cost of that dilution is so substantial now because of electronic transfer that the company is burning even more money they do not have just to transfer from the TA to respective brokers for debt holders. It has in fact had a significant impact here and will worsen as time goes on.
