I agree they are 10B. No argument here. The hybrid concept is not a misconception because we do not know if the perspectus is void or not? DO you know if its void? If so, how and your source?

Also, are the stipulations on all the senior creditors void too? All of them? I dont think so. BK is not out to void all contracts. Its there to mediate a way through.
