That is the case if it is chp 7 dude. You have to know there is chp. 7 13 11 and I think one or two more. This is liquidation. Liquidation is not just for senior creditors. The beauty of this is exactly what we got. The POR. So go with that and the BK rules.

Also, its not like double dipping. Its called "pay in full" according to what the POR saids. That is one part of like 3 to 4 debate points going on.
