Major Problem w/ The "PLAN" you posted -- tell me if i'm wrong here -- hope i am

-- not once does it ever mention Share Holders included in particapation from sale monies

--- sounds like its geared towards rewarding CEO's and employees's

damm thats weakly written and scares me , if ANT's makes a big deal ...its sounding as if they intend to screw the "mushroom's thay've been keeping in the dark !(INVESTORS ) get my drift

Along the same lines it explains why the company has not put out a PR since Nov 10 nor chose to Report Earnings on 2/27 as they were suposed to

I'm getting the feeling this company cares -0- about INVESTORS !!
