2. What does the PEck approved post BK financials look like? I bet you the NOL and DTA stuff will be on there along with some revisions of old numbers. That is why I am saying wait for the new numbers to come out before you all do your wonderful math.

The perspectus will answer your divy and guarantee questions. CTs IMo better pray it stands. Otherwise, there is a good chance when all said and done CTs get discharged and Preferreds and commons are the last standing.....comments?....go figure..devil
