Agreed on all points litton.

We are either getting 'nil' and will have to avail ourselves of the tax write-offs, or we are going to do OK.

It's just a matter of giving things time enough to get resolved, and the longer it takes for our reciever to resolve things, wihtin reason, the better our outcome is likely to be.

There is value here. Whether, or not, that value gets realized is the question.

It's just a waiting game, one way or the other, at this point.
