And this link link says they will blend it with regular diesel to produce road transport fuel. They say they will reduce the blend ratio but they don't say they will stop blending.

"Like B80, the Company will initially blend its fuel with refinery feedstock and additives to produce road transport fuels. This will take place at the JBI, Inc.'s blending site in Canada. Over time as more processors come online, the Company will reduce the blend ratio."

Sounds to me like the fuel is substandard if they have to blend it, even as they bring more processors online. An ideal situation would be a sky high cetane number which would require blending and result in a cleaner burning fuel.

If it were me, I would be selling it on the wholesale market to those who can dump 100,000 gallons of it into several million gallons of diesel and not effect the fuel quality and while lowering the cost.
