EVERYONE but you knows how many shares Newton sold to Gendarme.

If you have evidence that Gene "sold" 2.1 BILLION to gendarme show it!



The evidence has been presented countless times. Everyone that is going to accept the facts has accepted them by now. Everyone who chooses to deny reality will continue to do so. Please let us stop arguing over a fairly trivial detail.

There is no business, the stock is dead, the court case will have no effect, the money invested has gone forever, whether or not you ever accept the number of shares sold to Gendarme is pretty much irrelevant to the big picture, don't you think?
