It seems irresponsible to make such a definitive and accusatory claim about the source/cause of last week's pull back. Fact is, even if it was some form of dilution, we do not know 'what' form of dilution it may have been, and some forms are more directly related to present company activity than others.

Further, to say that the stock will not sustain any upward pps movement is also tendentious. You may not be aware of the news that is expected on the horizon here, but many are. They/we have good reason to believe that Host soon is going to finalize a contract with TIVUS that has been in the works for a year now.
