ROTFLMAO!!!!!, Funders are not going to invest by buying up RFMK shares on the retail market, VCs only buy at deep wholesale on direct placements, and with lots of tight controls on the operators which, from the looks of it, the operators of this entity have avoided like the plague for years, 1/2 of my Hubbys business was brokering and providing VC assistance to startups for over 30 years, and RFMK has absolutely nothing which would attract any serious capital from such entities, in fact, there are more than enough red flags in the financials to send them running, besides, RFMK can simply offer DP offerings to current shareholders and raise any money they need for projects.
