Why did newty sell so many shares at a discount? Only newty knows the answer and he is not talking. Well at least not until the depo.

But the fact is, newty did sell them at a discount. That is 21% of the a/s.

My guess is that newty thought gendarme was going to hold them, hence not restricted legend. Newty the scammer got scammed.

But make no mistake, he sold them and agreed not make them restricted. He didn't have to sell the shares, but he did. And that's a fact. It is all newty's fault that rcch is where it is.
