take a look at IAHL annotated chart ...

link to latest news ..http://finance.yahoo.com/news/iahl-finalizes-stock-swap-agreement-133000520.html
i think IAHL will only go up from its current price .... and here is why:
-This is the first of several upcoming press releases.
-the company is developing a first of its kind 180 Thousand Gallons per Day (GPD) Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Plant in Colombia.
- it has already pre-sold 100 percent of the LNG production from the plant...which shows the strong demand and possibility for expansion in the future .
-they have a great support from both US and colombian government
-Initial gross profit expectations from just the 180 thousand gallon production level are estimated in excess of 30 million dollars per year...if we took the industry net profit margin average which is 7.9% , then the net profit will not be less than 2.4 mil ..http://biz.yahoo.com/ic/120.html
-the 20 Macroperas contract alone will yield Altenesol an estimated net profit of approximately 3 million...taking into consideration that PEMEX has over 6000 of these wells .
- low float ..around 55 mil shares ...http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IAHL/company-info
-future plans of moving to a larger exchange.
-strong management team to implement the current and future business plan .
- if i assumed the expected net profit will be around 5.4 mil from the LNG plant and theMacroperas contract , then the EPS will be around 10 cents ...which means the value of the share imo should be above 1$ based on the industry P/E http://biz.yahoo.com/ic/120.html
