If, and this is a very possible if, Ken does not honor the first distro, and only has a new one for the latest asset transfer, there WILL be at least 8 holders I know of filing suit. Myself included. Ken is aware of this as he has been emailed and contacted. And in true fashion, he hides in his hole and cringes.
