depends on how it is encrypted and if other app can translate password. Also in this is people personal password info so you really don't want to play around with it much. Best out to scrap password, keep the rest of data. and set password creation on login. Lots of guess work but if was in front of it, I'm sure there a way. All in the the efforts to make things convenient for customers. Guess I would probably not go through the trouble as well. Would only do if I wanted to see if from day one who's visiting buying from sites and even with that you could figure out after the fact.
