Judging by what Ive seen posted on the PCFG board and from what Ive looked up the Black Mountain company does financing for young start up companies and sues them for breach of contract when they start operations.The dispute is over some financing transaction from 2007.Black Mountain Equities Inc sued Advanced Cell Technology (ACTC) Last fall.These guys are just money grabbers looking for whatever they can get.And they know PCFG is now making good money.Aweful fishy to pull this right before financials are coming up.
