Even considering the DHS umbrella encompasses some 25 (+ or -) agencies, that is a lot of ammo. It would take some time, but one might be able to pretty accurately forecast about how many DHS people are armed ... but including border patrol, ICE, Coast Guard, TSA, .... and the rest ... there are a lot of armed officers running around out there.
Man, I just don't know ... that's lots of ammo, but there are a lot of armed personnel to be qualified and familiarized each year .... Wonder where we could get the figures on their last contract?
