That is a lot of ammo ....

Enough for about 277000 people to shoot around 300 rounds a year, for the five years of the contract.

277000 individuals ..... that's approximately a dozen fully manned Army infantry divisions .......

Quite a show of force. Average of over 5500 PER STATE.
