I spoke to Rich earlier today. He did not say anything close to that post.

He is NOT involved with the audit, so that share structure line is BS


He as no info on how they paid for the studio, or at least he is not saying. I asked!!!!

All day long, they lie in the sun, and when the sun goes down, they lie some more.
