is because 99% of them are done to solely attract investors with the higher pps with nothing to back it up with. Without a major deal that gives a legitimate increase in revenue as a reason to attract a wider audience who will never invest in a penny stock , the stock will tumble. If we do have a reversal, and at the same time announce big revenue increases, it will be successful. Only a few have had this happen. I'd rather see Guyer do a massive buy back at some point but I'm ok with a R/S if it's done the right way. It's scary because few are done for the right reason.
