WOW! Just read through all the posts, which were pretty entertaining (better than a truck tire shortage). Some positive, and some negative, so I thought I would throw in my opinion.
Though a lawsuit is never good for a business, sadly, they are a part of doing business. I really don't see this as that big of a deal. In the grand scheme of things, the amount of the suit is not all that much, and like others have posted, I seriously doubt that they would ever have to pay that amount. They will either fight it, or settle for less. A small bump in the road, and in no way crippling to PCFG.
I am glad they put this news out on Friday after the close. It lets people digest the information and make intelligent decisions instead of listening to the people screaming "fire". Like others, I would not be surprised to see PCFG issue good news on Monday morning.
I, personally, am holding strong. And if the price drops on Monday, I am adding. Everybody must make their own decision, but I really think good things are on the horizon. Many on this board, like most on ihub, seem easily swayed. Don't let negative posters (or positive ones for that matter) influence your decision. Know that you own a junior miner entering into full production, which is a huge accomplishment.
