"Calypso Wireless Inc. has launched proprietary ASNAP technology that seamlessly switches between mobile and Wi-Fi networks, and the basis of the patent is a revenue-sharing model. The user can be authenticated through hotspot operator connections onto the mobile carrier and be given access as an extension of that operator. Dualmode phones are being manufactured now."
