Depends how much of the financial info is leaked out, I do believe that we will see a big upside once they are released. Wouldnt be surprised if a merger announcement is made even before they release financials. I definitely dont believe that they want the price to soar before a merger announcement is made. If the current pps is trading at .15 cents per share and they announce a buyout at .90 cents, I am happy. If the stock goes up to .60 cents per share and they announce a .90 cents buyout.. not as much.
