Lister,I doubt we will see anymore MR's.From this email exchange with Wakabayashi it looks like they pulled the finance deal from conectisys because the company failed to follow through with the agreement.Also I don't know about anyone else but I cannot get ahold of conectisys any longer(no email responses or answering of the phones)Also according to restricted shareholder they say the company is dead(take that for what it is,might be right or a bunch of bull)Here is the response I got from Wakabayashi-

I can assure you I am not doing anything for this company. If you are interested in this deal, you will have to contact them directly. I gave a directive to my office to stop working on this sometime in Jan. or Feb.
