I think it will have a minimal impact if at all. If PCFG has a good case as they claim, outside of attorney fees it's not a big deal. We don't know the full story and don't know he details. Warrants do expire at sone point. Who knows if a broker was involved, the broker could be at fault, not necessarily PCFG. This could take a long time in court seeing how long case proceedings take, so won't have an immediate impact. IMO
