And, of course, they have no means of raising money, now with the stock price in the can...and no possible outside funding source....almost certainly anyhow.
Plus, if they were ever actually able to get permitted and do some drilling, they would have to prove up the ore body, which takes years and lots of $, something they will never have.
If and only if they got that far, and did prove up reserves, and do a feasibility study that showed a mineable resource, could they have a chance of attracting a buyer or operating partner...as they could never take the mine into production on their own--that can cost upwards of $100m.
