Looking at your chart there I see that CBIS has stayed above the 50 MDA since the start of 2012 and never gone below it, very Bullish.
Also note the same thing for the RSI at 50 it has been bouncing off this level as well since 2012 started. Very bullish right here looking at the chart I see a strong bounce coming.
