Actually this very typical of a lawsuit. You must remember that JS side of the story will be just as compelling, if not more than the Tomassonis. The lawyers who put these documents together can make a person sound completely crazy. In the end whoever is lying will be exposed in time. In all honesty, just a guess, both are probably lying and will be caught red faced by the judge. I do not care for JS but I believe the Tomassonis (Gabe) are not any better. One used car dealer was trying to business with another used car dealer and this what it came to. The real losers here are the shareholders. Several hundred thousand dollars will now be paid to our lawyers to fight the lawsuit and in 3 to 5 years it will be settled. There will be no winners except the blood sucking attorneys. Very sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
