Tom has been the investor relations and basically face of the company for about 5-6 months now.

Pure speculation, but Mike was just a middleman between Tom, Judah, and the business plan for the CannaCig. It's like if you wanted to start a business, but your wife was a stay at home mom and wanted to be a part of every decision. You would have to explain it to her, then give her time to say ok. Things would get done, but it would take forever and is annoying!

At least, that's my though. Mike will still be there doing the exact same thing, without slowing down Toms process. Tom can now pull the trigger on things without having to sit down with mike and explain it all to him before it gets done.

From speaking with Tom over the last few months, it appeared that Mike stood in the way of the business side of the business moving as fast as Tom was pushing it. I know for a fact Tom was in a waiting position for Mike to sign off on things.

I think this is great, great news. Tom will get this pushed along fast!

This is my last post so I will just add this.... Mike was not forced out, nobody has control to do that. He is still the President of the company and will be doing everything he has been doing in the past. I think his was more about giving Tom a permanent position at the company and giving him authority to make funding deals, which he is more experienced to pull off. Not too mention, I believe this is part of the plan to get off the DTC chill, as only having one employee formthe entire company is a major red flag for DTC chilling. Also, how is Tom going to be taken seriously going into meetings about funding the company when he doesn't hold the CEO title and have the authority to say yes to a deal on the spot!
