The company made sponges, there were RED Flags everywhere but people just couldnt get enough shares, was like crack!
well when things really started to fall apart some big players were brought in on an NDA and shown the mysterious 10K that had eluded everyone for months, came back with a smile, and many bought many more, My friend who had $100k invesated in it was invited by the ceo to visit their manufacturing plant, he was given the Grand Tour, and handed a sponge on he way out!
That stock is one of the biggest laughing stocks(pun intended) of iHub That 10K they showed the person was a fake... that stock now has a "Q" on it for bankruptcy, but the Officers were arrested by the FBI, and Indicted by the DOJ as well as SEC and Civil suits.
Im bringing this up because many where sucked into the crooks scheme, many innocent were hurt badly
