Whether you release the PR a week before an upcoming chat, or a year before an upcoming chat, if the chat only lasts for enough time to get 7 - 10 questions in, what does it matter how much time the PR is released before the chat?

We are at a stage where the PR should speak for itself, and not generate more questions.
