Illegal sale of 504's is the reason this is on the non DTC list I beleive that is why the Marriotts and the Investor Relations firm jumped ship (they didn't want to be caught up in this ) It is not going to be pretty when this comes crashing down. BE CAREFUL and stand close to the door, a DTC lock and you will be left holding the bag with NO chance of selleing your stock.
