Is 'doesn't stop' to say 'never stops' ?????? if so WRONG...They start and stop and start and stop, then usually die within a few days when the traders exit.
In 30 years, I haven't seen one penny stock stay alive long enough to become an IBM or GM...or anywhere near their old 'highs'. sorry.
